LET'S DO THIS!

WELCOME COMPETITORS!

If you are reading this post then you have taken the first step in our "Family Food Fued" challenge. Ok guys, I know I'm a little corny but thought we could make this fun. Who doesn't love a little fun competition, right?

We will being measuring our progress by percentage of weight lost. We will be weighing in every Monday starting on, June 7th. Please try and be consistent with posting comments even if you haven't lost anything. We can encourage each other along the way.

If anyone has a blog post they would like to share, just email me and I will copy and paste it here. We can share workout ideas, recipes and weight loss tips! Please be honest about how you are feeling so that we can encourage you along. Some of you may not have as much to lose as others but you can still workout and eat healthily. The more people we have the more motivation we will have to keep on going!

I don't know about you but I know a lot of people who's lives are being cut short due to diet and exercise. I want to live a long healthy life and I want all of you to do the same because we are FAMILY!

  2. I thought it started today! Is everyone taking this week to bulk up?:) J/K I am going to be doing low glycemic w/high intake of healthy fats. How is everyone else planning to lose their extra pounds? I will not be in for the "pot", but I will definitely be in for the encouragement:)
