Hey Biggest Losers!!!
Today is a weigh in day to see our progress. Don't get discouraged if the scale shows little or no weight lost this week. Let's start this week off with a fresh slate and work even harder. This is a marathon not a sprint!

Helpful Tip: GET AT LEAST 30 MINUTES OF SOME FORM OF EXERCISE TO GET YOUR HEART RATE GOING AND TO BURN SOME EXTRA CALORIES...EVERYDAY!!!
Hey! I was sort of disappointed this week because I lost 0 weight. I was surprised too because I worked out 30-60 minutes every day sometimes even more. I also ate within my 1200 calorie range everyday except went over by a couple hundred two of the days. I was sure I would lose this week but on a brighter note, I do see a lot of change in my body. I'm definately toning up. I'm telling myself to just stick with it, I'm not giving up. Sean has been great motivation for me because he has lost a good amount and is really consistent with his diet and exercise. It also helps that our new gym just opened up and it is AMAZING! I've been sitting in the steam room every time I go and I just feel like the stress just leaves me with all the sweat. Love it! Keep it up guys, we can do this. So many of my friends and family are getting sick or in constant pain due to lack of healthy eating and exercise. We need to take care of what God gave us!!! Love you all!
ReplyDeleteNo weight loss this week either. Although, I can't say I was as focused on my food intake as last week. It has been nice though to be aware of what I am eating. They say, that a healthy lifestyle is 80% diet & 20% exercise. This week will be better. Keep up the good motivation Car...
ReplyDeleteOkay..I'm making Wednesday be my weigh in day. It discourages me to weigh in after the weekend. I ate pretty well all week except Thursday, Saturday and Sunday :)I am walking 2 miles a day so that's a step in the right direction. I'll post my weight loss(gain) tomorrow. Love you all!!!
ReplyDeleteWhere is all our competition? I weighed in today and lost 0.8 lbs. I'll figure the % at the end. It's to hard to calculate when you don't even lose a lb. I've been eating pretty good and walked M-T-W. woohoo! I'm hoping my arms and legs stop jiggling soon. Love you xoxo
ReplyDeleteOkay..I'm weighing in for week 3. 0% weight loss. Very easy to calculate. My walking days are over. Broke my foot on Saturday so it looks like I really have to eat well. I do really well Monday thru Thursday and not so good Friday thru Saturday. We don't have anything planned this weekend so I'm hoping for 7 good days. Hope everyone is doing great. Love you all!!
